Structural Shotcrete
Shotcrete offers a variety of benefits, including cost savings, schedule efficiency, and improved access to hard-to-reach areas on site. Compared to traditional cast-in-place concrete, shotcrete reduces the amount of formwork needed to create the same elements, saving both time and money. Shotcrete also achieves superior bonding with substrates, making it the perfect solution for repair work, particularly in challenging locations such as overhead and underground spaces. Mix designs are delivered to the jobsite in conventional ready-mix trucks for immediate application or can be mixed or batched on-site.

Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP)
Site constraints, scheduling limitations, and cost considerations can often make it difficult to place new concrete in and around existing structural elements. In such cases, NMN Construction will wrap the concrete with a fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) to strengthen the concrete. With a higher strength-to-weight ratio than steel and resistance to corrosion, FRP adds durability, extends structural lifespan, and offers a high degree of design flexibility.
